The system has a fixed base maintained by two screws fixed in screwed holes. A cover is articulated by three hinges joined face to face on an edge along its width. Two L shaped tabs are joined to the cover to maintain the position of gas cylinders. A handle is provided for lifting the gas cylinders. Four rings are fitted at the interior of the cover to fix a gas cylinder holding strap.
