The brush has a brushing body (1`) which is provided with filament, spikes, fingers or pins (2) disposed on a surface of the brush, and that is connected to a handle (3). Massage and/or combing strips (4) are provided on a part of a surface of the body. The strips extend transversally to a longitudinal axis of the brush. The strips are made of a material in such a way that the strips are rigid.
