The panel has a set of strips (1) having length conforming to that of a decorative paneling. Lower and upper jambs (5, 5`) have opposite grooves (4), receiving in an adjusted manner the ends of the strips. A pair of side pile caps (8-10) has grooves (11) for coupling the lateral edges of the corresponding and end strips. The length of the caps coincides with the height of the strips using tenons (6) of the jambs.
