PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutual comment system capable of communicating with a presenter information such as agitation in the presenter felt by a judge person from the presenter's way to speak about during presentation on a certain theme. SOLUTION: At the mutual comment system, a presenter telephone terminal 50b converts presenter's voice into a voice signal and transmits it to a voice network 30. Judge person telephone terminals 61b and 62b receive the voice signal via the voice network 30, and output voice. A presenter data terminal 50a displays information received from a data network 40 on a display portion. Judge person data terminals 61a and 62a include an input portion for receiving input from a judge person. A mutual comment device 10 comprises a CTI 12 for receiving the voice signal from the presenter telephone terminal 50b and transmitting it to the judge person telephone terminals 61b and 62b, a data control portion 15 for receiving text data for a comment inputted into the judge person data terminals 61a and 62a and transmitting the data to the presenter data terminal 50a, and a characters chat portion 14.
