PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible plate antenna and its manufacturing method which can be easily mounted along the curved surface of a case. SOLUTION: The plate antenna comprises a conductor 6 provided with a radiation element part 3 as a first conductor part on one side and a second conductor part 4 on the other side through a slit 2 of the width corresponding to a band width, and a feeder line 10 that connects to the radiation element part 3 and the second conductor part 4 of the conductor 6. In the plate antenna 1, a metal foil 6a which is the conductor 6 is laminated with an insulating film 5 to form a flexible board 7. The slit 2 is formed at the metal foil 6a, to form the radiation element part 3 on one side of the metal foil 6a and the second conductor part 4 on the other side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
