PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical spectrometric element constituted with a transparent wave length variable filter and a 2-D matrix light receiving element improved in resolution of a wave length to be measured. SOLUTION: A linear transparent area 5 to a 2-D matrix light receiving element 2 of specific wave length relating to perpendicular with a wavelength variable line 3 of a wave length variable filter 1 is shifted by one matrix from one end pixel arranged in a longitudinal direction arranged adjacent one pixel column 51 to the other end of the longitudinally arranged pixel column 52, and the wave length variable line of the transparent wave length filter is characteristically arranged non-parallel in the lateral direction of the 2-D matrix light receiving element.
