FLUID FLOW MEASURING INSTRUMENT AND FLUID FLOW MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid flow measuring instrument for obtaining an accurate integrated value of flow even when the flow fluctuates. SOLUTION: This fluid flow measuring instrument is equipped with an integration counter 15 for integrating values of a flow detection means 14 for detecting the flow, a flow averaging means 16 for measurement sections determined by measurement time or for each of the number of measurements, and a flow fluctuation calculating means 17 for designating the degree of fluctuation of the flow. Since an integrating method for the integration counter 15 is changed based on the value of the averaging means 16 and that of the calculating means 17, accurate integration can be made even if the flow fluctuates.
