PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a tilted reference plane having a wide range in a laser measuring system for forming the reference plane by a plurality of fan-shaped laser beams. SOLUTION: This laser measuring system is equipped with a rotating laser device 1 for irradiating rotatively laser beams, and a light receiving device 2 for receiving the laser beams. In the system, the rotating laser device has a laser floodlight for emitting at least two fan-shaped laser beams at least one of which is tilted, and the laser floodlight can be tilted. The light receiving device can detect the laser reference plane centered at the rotating laser device based on an at least one light receiving part for receiving the fan-shaped laser beams and a light receiving signal formed by receiving light by the light receiving part.
