DRYER OPERATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer operation control method for keeping water content in dried objects always constant by automatically and properly controlling a dryer without depending on the experiences and skills of operators even when the nature of waste materials and the water content are changed. SOLUTION: The dryer operation control method is provided for drying the waste materials 4 with hot air supplied from a hot air furnace 2 and circulating part of exhaust gas from the dryer 1 into the hot air furnace 2. Set values for automatically controlling a burner fuel oil automatic controller 12 and a circulation air automatic controller 14 for the hot air furnace 2 are set by chemical engeering calculation and the operation is started, and then the set values are changed stepwise depending on a tendency to increase or reduce a gas temperature at the inlet/outlet of the dryer 1 and the water content in the waste materials during operation.
