PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost building with a parking place having excellent workability by which a vehicle is driven onto a destination story and comfortable habitability is maintained. SOLUTION: The building 1 with the parking place comprises; a dwelling block 2 having a plurality of stories on which dwelling units 5 are arranged, respectively; a parking block 3 being built adjacent to the dwelling block 2, having a floor 8 corresponding to each story of the dwelling block 2, and having a parking bay 9 and a guideway 11 on the floor 8; and ascent/descent blocks 4, 4 being built adjacent to the parking block 3 and having a self-travelling vehicle path 16 which enables a passenger car to ascent onto each floor 8 of the parking block 3 or to descent therefrom by spirally travelling. A border between the dwelling block 2 and the parking block 3 is open and the blocks 2, 3 are connected to each other by expansion joints 10 so that a person may pass between the blocks 2, 3.
