PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material construction structure capable of sufficiently increasing adhesive strength of a building material, facilitating the even application of an adhesive on the adhered surface of the building material to a rail in the predetermined thickness and having sufficiently high adhesive strength of the building material such a tile or the like in the building material construction structure adhering the back of the building material such as a tile or the like to the rail of a skeleton wall surface with the adhesive. SOLUTION: A rail mounting metal fitting 4 is mounted on a wall surface 1 with an anchor bolt 2, and a main rail 10 is fitted to the rail mounting metal fitting 4 to fix with a screw 9. Then, after an auxiliary rail 20 is slid and fitted to the main rail 10, the adhesive 30 is applied on an erected piece 12 and an uneven surface of the front of the auxiliary rail 20 in accordance with an adhesive application thickness instruction section 16.
