发明名称 HIGHLY CORROSION RESISTANT CONTINUOUSLY CAST ALUMINUM ALLOY MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum material usable for application requiring high corrosion resistance in spite of being a continuously cast material, and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: A continuously cast aluminum alloy material comprising, by mass, 0.20 to 1.20% Fe, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities is subjected to cold rolling at a draft of 30 to 70%, is further subjected to high temperature precipitation treatment of 1 hours or more at 500 to 640°C, and is subsequently subjected to cold rolling. By the production method, a continuously cast aluminum alloy material in which Fe is precipitated can be obtained, and excellent corrosion resistance as that of the continuously cast material can be obtained.
