PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling bag container which is a simplified bag container made of a flexible resin film and has an outlet capable of being opened in a circle for spouting a content liquid smoothly. SOLUTION: The simplified bag container is folded flat in its usual state, but its lower part has a cylindrical shape and the upper part has a solid shape inclined like an inverted V-shaped roof when the container is filled with a content liquid. A cut line is formed at one angled corner of the container, where one end of a top sealed part and one end of a side sealed part are joined, to cut the angled corner diagonally. A heaving sealed part is formed approximately in the center of the top sealed part other than both right/left sides thereof to extend downward. When the cut line is cut, a V-shaped bulge surrounding the sealed protrusion part from below is forced to open the outlet by elasticity having the V-shaped bulge, and this state is maintained to spout the liquid smoothly.
