PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet storage container having excellent moisture-proofing property and one-touch openability capable of performing the opening/closing operation by the single hand. SOLUTION: An inner container 10 has a structure in which a bottom face 12 formed so that a content take-out side A is gradually higher, side walls 13 are erected from a peripheral edge of the bottom face, the side wall on the content take-out side is formed as a front side wall 14, a fitting groove 15 is formed in the vertical direction on the outer side of the right and left side walls on the take-out side of the inner container, and second fitting grooves 16 are formed parallel to the fitting groove at an adequate spacing from the fitting groove. In an outer container 30 of low profile in which the inner container is inserted, one side face is opened as an open face 31, a center portion 33 of rear side walls 32 facing each other is bent inwardly, and formed shorter than the open face. Right and left side walls 34 to connect the open face to the rear side walls are continuously provided in a smooth V-shape toward the rear side walls from a part in a vicinity of a center part 33. A projecting bar 35 fitted to the fitting groove and the second fitting groove of the inner container is formed on the inner side of the side wall in a vicinity of the open face of the outer container.
