PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle attitude adjusting device capable of keeping an attitude of a vehicle horizontal regardless of load capacity. SOLUTION: This vehicle attitude adjusting device 10 is applied to the vehicle furnished with air springs 13, 14, 16, 17 having pressure sensors 15, 18. A computer 24 of the vehicle attitude adjusting device 10 compares pressure Pf(t) of the front wheel side air springs 13, 14 and pressure Pr(t) of the rear wheel side air springs 16, 17 and a front wheel side standard pressure value Pm1 and a rear wheel side standard pressure value Pm2 with each other. Air is supplied to the front wheel side air springs 13, 14 and the rear wheel side air springs 16, 17 when the pressure Pf(t) and the pressure Pr(t) are less than the standard pressure values Pm1, Pm2. The computer computes rising speed of the pressure Pf(t), rising speed of the pressure Pr(t) and a ratio of both of them.
