PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior panel for a vehicle light-weighted and having improved sound and heat insulating properties. SOLUTION: This interior panel for the vehicle is a sandwich jointing structure mainly consisting of a surface plate 1, a back surface plate 2, and a core material 3. A melamine resin decorative aluminum plate or a print baking coating aluminum plate is selected for the surface plate 1, a space filling material forming the core material 3 is glass wool, and a solid rod-like semirigid or rigid resin foaming material is extended to one of or two or more of vertical, lateral, and right and left oblique directions optionally combined as a reinforcing member 4 of the core member 3, and is arranged in the respective directions in predetermined pitches P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>, ...P<SB>n</SB>, and the back face plate 2 is an aluminum plate, and thus the sandwich bonding structure is constituted.
