PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film capable of making dew condensation-preventing properties sufficient. SOLUTION: A dew condensation-preventing film 1 has an intermediate layer 12 and a photocatalyst layer 13 in this order on one face of a synthetic resin film 11, and has an adhesive layer 14 on the other face. The light transmittance of wave lengths of 300-400 nm is≥65% as the whole dew condensation-preventing film 1, and it is≥80% for a constitution wherein the photocatalyst layer 13 is removed from the dew condensation-preventing film 1. The synthetic resin film 11 is preferably a (meth)acrylate resin film or a fluororesin film with a light transmittance of wave lengths of 300-400 nm of≥80%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
