PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily reusable attachment device for an artificial anus capable of preventing leakage of excrement and odor. SOLUTION: The attachment device for an artificial anus comprises an artificial anal plate with an opening to which an artificial anus holding cut piece is pasted at the center as seen from the top and an annular water absorption guide holder body inscribed in the opening, an artificial anal pouch for receiving excrement from a human body, and a water absorption guide for adsorbing the excrement. Alternatively, the attachment device for an artificial anus comprises the water absorption guide with a narrow artificial anus mounting opening at the center seen from the top for adsorbing excrement from a human body, the artificial anal plate with an opening for inserting and holding the water absorption guide and an annular water absorption guide holder body in the peripheral edge of the opening, and the artificial anal pouch for receiving the excrement from the human body.
