PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input bioinformation of a collation object person as collation information, determine whether or not the collation information conforms to registered information storing bioinformation of registrants permitted to open/close a game machine and the like, and release the lock of the game machine and the like when it conform thereto. SOLUTION: This biometric key unit 1 is provided in an independent state from a control system of a slot machine 10 and locks a front door 11. This biometric key unit 1 is provided with a registered information storage part 44 as a bioinformation storage part previously storing the bioinformation of the registrant permitted the opening/closing as the registered information, a fingerprint reading part 41 as a bioinformation input part inputting the bioinformation of the collation object person as the collation information, and a collation part 46 as a comparison determining part determining whether or not the collation object person conforms to the registrant.
