<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress disadvantage that hydrogen in high concentration is discharged at the time of system start operation without causing deterioration of efficiency of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of conducting the system start operation, air supply flow rate is controlled so that a flow rate of air is higher than a standard flow rate required to make a fuel cell stack to be a state (idling state) where electric power can be taken out for a predetermined period of time from start of air supply to a cathode of the fuel cell stack. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
