摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating an alkylation apparatus that can produce an alkylate having a high octane value efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: Concentrated sulfuric acid is supplied from a waste sulfuric acid regeneration apparatus 10 to a first reactor 12 and a second reactor 14, respectively. n-Butene and isobutane in the capacity of hydrocarbon raw materials are reacted to form an alkylate in these reactors 12 and 14. The resulting alkylate is taken out as an alkylate product via a distillate oil separation vessel 26. The sulfuric acid used in the first and second reactors 12, 14 is transferred to a third reactor 16 via a first sulfuric acid separation vessel 18 and a second sulfuric acid separation vessel 20. In the third reactor 16, the sulfuric acid is used as a catalyst to cause a reaction between n-butene and isobutane in the capacity of hydrocarbon raw materials to form the alkylate. The alkylate is taken out as the alkylate product via the distillate oil separation vessel 26. Sulfuric acid separated in the third separation vessel is returned to the waste sulfuric acid regeneration apparatus via a waste sulfuric acid separation vessel 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
