<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form sheet which is printed with character information and a bar code read by an optical reader by heating, which facilitates the optical reading of the character information, and which enables the bar code to be printed by heating with a high degree of accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A tailing color-development preventing layer 6 with a thickness of 0.5-3.0 μm, which is constituted by being coated with ink containing no pigment, is provided on the surface of a bar code printing area 5a. The ink is equipped with the characteristics of setting a tack value to be in the range of 1.0-3.0, and setting a coefficient of thermal conductivity after curing to be in the range of 0.13-0.30 W/K×m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
