<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power sliding device capable of measuring an actual motor speed and a drum speed. <P>SOLUTION: A wire drum 30, a clutch mechanism 31, a drum rotary body 126 and a motor rotary body 131 are provided to the inside of a housing 29. A pivot 128 of the drum rotary body 126 and a pivot 130 of the motor rotary body 131 are parallelly arranged to a supporting shaft 28 of the wire drum 30. A controlling substrate 135 having a control section 136 managing rotational control of the motor 24 is mounted to an outside cover plate 121 of the housing 29, and a drum speed sensor 137 and a motor speed sensor 138 are provided to the controlling substrate 135.
