PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method of analyzing combustion condition capable of detecting the generation of oscillating combustion in combustion equipment such as a boiler, a suction type water heating/cooling device and a water heater. SOLUTION: Combustion noise (fluctuation of pressure) and emission intensity fluctuation (fluctuation of heat generation) of flames burning in combustion equipment are measured at the same time, and relative function of both the two measurement values are analyzed to determine existence of combustion noise due to oscillating vibration and whether combustion condition is transferring condition, wherein probability of instability in combustion is high, or not.
