摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generating device of which, the rate of operation is heightened by prolonging the life of a target by lowering the surface temperature of the part near to an electron collision point, capable of prolonging a period of continuously generating the X-ray and generating a strong X-ray. SOLUTION: A heat radiation layer is formed on the surface of the target. Concretely, a surface solid part 20 having openings 21 is made to tightly stick on a surface of a target part 18, and by the above, the heat around the surface of the target generated by the collision of electron passing through the opening 21 is quickly dispersed through the surface solid part 20 by heat conduction. By arranging the heat radiation layer, the surface temperature of the target part 18 on which electron beam B collides is lowered, evaporation of target material is reduced, and continuous X-ray generating period is prolonged.
