PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a disk cartridge whose first and second shutters form a circular shape in the state for shutting a head opening part, and which prevents dust or the like from entering via an interval between a pair of protruded parts. SOLUTION: In the disk cartridge 10, a head opening part 16 for permitting a head of a drive device to access a recording surface of a disk medium rotatably accommodated in a disk accommodation part 50 of a case 14 is provided. The head opening part 16 is shut by the abutment in which an end face of the first shutter 64 and an end face of the second shutter 74 abut against each other, and is opened by separating the end faces from each other. An arcuate first protruded part 68 provided on the first shutter 64 and an arcuate second protruded part 80 provided on the second shutter 74 form an annular disk inner circumference receiving part 90 against which the surface around the center hole of the disk medium abuts by making the circumferential end parts in the shut state of the head opening part 16 abut each other. The first protruded part 68 and the second protruded part 80 are formed into taper shapes respectively corresponding to the circumferential end parts 68A and 80A which abut against each other in the shut state of the head opening part 16.
