PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional trolley driving torque adjustment wherein it cannot be confirmed how much torque actually causes a driving shaft to slip, hence the lack of torque can be produced in driving, the lack of torque extends the stop distance of the trolley, or trouble such as climbing disability occurs. SOLUTION: This driving torque adjusting device for a trolley comprises a driving force transmission section 10 driven via a torque transmission limiting means 6 rotating interlocking with a motor 4, a driving means 12 driven by the driving force transmission section 10 and engages with an engagement means 17 attached in the length direction of a rail, and a connection fixture 13 mounted on the driving force transmission section 10 and locks a driving torque measuring instrument.
