PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out repairing and exchanging work of an expansion valve when the expansion valve fails while supporting piping for supply of refrigerant so as not to be slipped out of position in assembling it on the vehicle in the case of connecting the piping for supply of refrigerant to a refrigerant expansion member furnished with the expansion valve. SOLUTION: A base end part of the supply piping 33 is mounted on the refrigerant expansion member 30 free to connect and disconnect. A bracket to support the head end side of the supply piping 33 is provided on a casing 10. Notches 54, 59 in correspondence with the piping 33 are formed on a fixing part 51 and a connecting and disconnecting part 52 of the bracket. A one-side supporting part 54a to support the piping 33 from one side in the diametrical direction is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the cutout part 54 of the fixing part 51. The other side supporting part 59a to support the piping 33 from the other side in the diametrical direction is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the cutout part 59 of the connecting and disconnecting part 52. It is possible to tilt the piping 33 in a state of removing the piping 33 from the refrigerant expansion member 30 by separating both of supporting parts 54a, 59a in the central line direction of the piping 33.
