PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register enhancing the appearance of an instrument panel, and usable for various kinds of applications. SOLUTION: In the register 1 provided on an instrument panel 40 inside a cabin, an air outlet of the register 1 is formed in an upper face of the instrument panel 40. A plurality of fins 10 are provided in the air outlet of the register 1, and each fin 10 is provided in an inclining manner so that the direction of the air from the air outlet can be adjusted.
