PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a vertical two-stage cooking mechanism easily detachable and having no risk of ignition. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left side metal shelves 2 formed of upper parts 3, intermediate parts 4 with horizontal spaces, and lower parts 5 are detachably mounted on a rectangular parallelopiped heating chamber 1 near the right and left side wall surfaces in the state of securing distances from the wall surfaces of the heating chamber with three insulation spacers 6. An intermediate loading table 7 is inserted in the horizontal space of the intermediate part 4, and a vertical two-stage cooking is performed by the intermediate loading table 7 and the bottom face 1d of the heating chamber 1.
