PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament applicator that can easily pour out or ooze a medicament 3 such as an ointment or gel agent to the tip of an application member 1, and that enables the medicament to be applied to an application surface easily and evenly without soiling fingers. SOLUTION: In the medicament applicator, the tip section of a container 4 containing the medicament 3 such as an ointment or gel agent is made of a fiber wick body that is an aggregate of fibers connected by resin with spaces between the fibers maintained, has a hollow hole 2 penetrating the fiber wick in the axial direction, and has the taper-shaped application member 1 attached to pour out or ooze the medicament 3 to the tip section through the hollow hole 2 of the application member 1.
