PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizing container for powder collunarium capable of turning an atomization amount to a roughly fixed amount with a powder medicine as an object. SOLUTION: When a powder discharge pipe 3 is rotated, the notched part 50 of a powder fetching part 5 is fitted to a powder inflow groove 22 and the powder medicine P in a powder housing chamber 10 flows into a powder reserving hole 21. When the powder discharge pipe is half-rotated in an opposite direction, the closing wall 51 of the powder fetching part is fitted to the powder inflow groove, the inflow of the powder is blocked and a fixed amount of the powder medicine is reserved in the powder reserving hole. Then, when a nozzle 31 for a nostril is inserted to the nostril and an air sending pump 6 is compressed with a finger, air enters the powder reserving hole and the powder medicine inside the powder reserving hole is jetted through the powder discharge pipe from the nozzle for the nostril together with the entering air.
