PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to intuitively confirm EPG information on a date and a time period that the user desires. SOLUTION: A method for embodying a digital electronic program guide includes a stage of displaying a date/time selecting screen composed of a plurality of cells and a stage of providing an electronic program guide for the date and time corresponding to the specific cell in the date/time selecting screen specified by the user.
