More particularly the invention is concerned with preparation of particular physical forms of (2S, 3S, 4R, 5R)-2-(5 tert-butyl-[1,3,4]oxadiazol-2-yl)-5-[6-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-phenylamino)-9H-purin-9-yl]tetrahydro-furan-3, 4-diol.
