A clamping device of a network camera, consists of a U-shaped frame having a clamping part (10) and a hinged part (11), in which the clamping part is formed by the two longitudinal limbs of the U-shaped frame, which are spaced apart and correspond to the thickness of the image screen, such that the clamping part can be fixed on the edge of the image screen and the hinge part of the ends of the two long limbs of the U-shaped frame and grip into the two first recesses (22) on both sides of the network camera (2). The clamping device is hinge-connected to the network camera (2) so the angle of the objective of the camera can be adjusted.
