<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) capable of yielding a high power generating output, and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the solid oxide fuel cell comprises a step for preparing a fuel pole paste containing a nickel oxide, a ceria system oxide and a binder; a step for preparing an air pole paste containing a perovskite-type oxide and a binder; a step for applying the fuel pole paste on one side of an electrolyte, and subsequently forming the fuel pole by sintering it at a temperature of 1,200 to 1,600°C; and a step for applying the air pole paste on one side of an electrolyte, and subsequently forming the air pole by sintering it at a temperature of 1,000 to 1,300°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
