<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investigation result analyzing device and its method for executing the stratification and analysis of investigation results without asking an answerer to give information for classifying investigation results, or preliminarily registering it. <P>SOLUTION: In a network system 1, a stratification/analysis device 3 transmits an electronic mail for questionnaire survey to each client computer 20 according to the operation of a user who tries to perform questionnaire survey. The user who has received the electronic mail transmits an electronic mail for reply to the stratification/analysis device 3 as necessary. The stratification/analysis device 3 receives an answer electronic mail from each client computer 20, and categorizes the questionnaire results based on the log of communication which has been performed in the network system 1 for stratification/analysis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
