<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lactic acid bacterium producing substance providing effect by lactic acid bacteria by intake of a small amount of the substance. <P>SOLUTION: The lactic acid bacterium producing substance is obtained by filtering a culture solution of lactic acid bacterium prepared by using lactic acid bacteria of three genuses of a lactic acid bacterium belonging to the genus Lactobacillus, a lactic acid bacterium belonging to the genus Bifidobacterium and a lactic acid bacterium belonging to the genus Streptococcus, using one or more kinds of lactic acid bacteria selected from these three genuses of lactic acid bacteria to form a plurality of groups, subculturing each of these groups to keep a symbiotic state and mutually subjecting the lactic acid bacteria of the subcultured group unit to symbiosis culture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
