PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the privacy protection of an object by selecting proper video processing corresponding to the object and executing the processing. SOLUTION: The video processor 100 comprises an object attribute acquirer 101 for acquiring object attributes in accordance with a prescribed procedure, a video processing rule base 120 which describes the video processing to be executed to the video of the object when the object attributes satisfy predetermined conditions, a video processing rule determining part 102 which collates the object attributes to the video processing rule base 120 and determines the video processing rule to be executed to the video of the object, and a video processing execution part 103 for executing the video processing designated by the video processing rule to the video of the object.
