PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter not disturbing workability in wiring even if a housing is arranged so as to fit a terminal screw in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: In wiring to a terminal board 51, a holding part 34 is held in a floating state from a terminal piece 15. Accordingly, an external terminal 123 is positioned between a washer 25 of a supporting part 34 and the terminal piece 15. By only turning a terminal screw 20 held with the washer 25 with a tool such as a screwdriver T, the external terminal 123 is interposed between the washer 25 and the terminal piece 15 in a pressed state. Therefore, even if the housing 102 is arranged so as to fit the terminal screw 20 in the horizontal direction, workability in wiring to the terminal board 51 is not disturbed.
