PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with various kinds of screen operations or screen transitions using a screen processing program for performing job processing or screen transition in response to a screen operation due to a user using definition information wherein job processing or screen transition is associated with an event generated in a screen. SOLUTION: While using action mapping definition information wherein job processing is associated with a designated event and defined using the combination of panel, item and operation, an event control section 150 calls job processing corresponding to the event and while using screen transition definition information with which the layout of a transition destination screen can be designated, a screen transition control section 220 makes a screen transition.
