PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce and integrally display an original three-dimensional shape, a three-dimensional circuit diagram, and an IDE program on a display device on a server side so as to be operable by converting data of dissimilar file formats such as three-dimensional CAD data, EDA data and IDE data for product design to integrated XML data followed by transmitting the integrated XML data to the server through a network. SOLUTION: In this three-dimensional object integration device, three-dimensional model data, circuit diagram data, three-dimensional circuit board data and IDE program data of a product are displayed as independent objects within one main screen, and moving, rotating and expanding/contracting operations are performed to a plurality of objects within the main screen to invisibly include one of the objects in the other, or to release the other object included in a certain object to be visible, so that the design results by departments of the product can be integrally evaluated.
