PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate the quantity of consumed gas in each flow rate division classified by appliance, and besides to integrate the quantity of consumed gas in each pertinent flow rate division classified by appliance, when reaching a fixed integrated reference value. SOLUTION: The gas passing quantity of a prescribed unit is changed into a pulse signal by a flow rate detection means 21, and an increased flow rate is operated therefrom. In addition, the signal is counted by a temporary counter 26 in each flow rate division classified by appliance. When the content in the counter reaches the fixed integrated reference value, the pulse signal is outputted to a division integration counter 30 classified by appliance, and count integration is performed by the division integration counter 30 classified by appliance.
