PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency, precision, and safety in work for quantitatively grasping the corrosion-proof function of the film on the surface of an actual steel structure on the spot. SOLUTION: In the ion permeation resistance measuring apparatus for the actual structure constituted of a measuring instrument body, which has the opening part coming into contact with a measuring object, an electrolyte holding space and a piston for leaching an electrolyte from the opening part and also has at least one probe constituted by arranging an electrolytic electrode, the electrolytic electrode in the electrolyte holding space and an AC power supply for applying an electric signal to the electrolytic electrode and has a function for calculating an ion permeation resistance value from the measured value of the electric signal using an electrochemical AC impedance method, and two or above conductive cord for electrically connecting the probe and the measuring instrument main body, a resin net with a mesh size of 60-200 is mounted on the probe opening parts and a gel-like electrolyte prepared by adding 1-10 mass% of water absorbable polymer to 0.05-0.15 mol/l of an Na2SO4solution is charged in the electrolyte holding space.
