PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally heat-cook a heated material without being affected by a circumferential environment by mounting a weight sensor reduced in size, having excellent environmental resistant properties, and capable of accurately measuring weight on a heating cooker to increase a weight measuring performance. SOLUTION: In this heating cooker having the weight sensor formed of a detection circuit detecting a change in the capacitance of a weight measuring capacitor C1, detection circuit detects the sum of the capacitance of the weight measuring capacitor C1 and the capacitance of a fixed capacitor C2 connected to the weight measuring capacitor C1 parallel with each other.
