PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid from reversely flowing by properly limiting the flow of a refrigerant in uniformizing a pressure. SOLUTION: In a refrigerating circuit 10, a bypass tube 20 having a solenoid open/close valve 21 is connected between a delivery gas tube 16 and an intake gas tube 17, and the tube on the downstream side of the solenoid open/close valve 21 is formed in a capillary tube 22. An accumulator 24 is interposed between the capillary tube 22 and a compressor 11. While the solenoid open/close valve 21 is open, a gas refrigerant on the high-pressure side flows into the bypass tube 20, and is led into the intake gas tube 17 on the low-pressure side through the capillary tube 22. While the flow of the gas refrigerant is properly limited, high and low pressures are uniformized not abruptly but at a sufficient speeds. Strident noise resulting from the rapid flow of the large amount of refrigerant in the bypass tube is prevented from occurring. Even if the introduced gas refrigerant is liquefied on the intake gas tube 17 side, it is separated by the accumulator 24, and the return of the liquid into the compressor 11 can be prevented.
