PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle height adjusting device for adjusting vehicle height, in which loosening of a spring bearing can be stopped without requiring a lock nut. SOLUTION: This vehicle height adjusting device comprises a spring bearing 1 engaged with outer circumferential grooves C1 formed in the outer circumference of a cylindrical body C while being applied to a movable side end of a suspension spring S disposed between the car body side and the wheel side to function to lift the car body side. The spring bearing 1 comprises a cylindrical rotation part 11 having inner circumferential grooves 11a to be engaged with the outer circumferential grooves C1 formed in the outer circumference of the cylindrical body C when it is rotated, and a spring seat part 12 integrally formed with the outer circumference of the cylindrical rotation part 11 to overhang perpendicularly to the cylindrical rotation part 11, while it is applied to the movable side end of the suspension spring S. The cylindrical rotation part 11 comprises a plurality of splits 11b in the axial line direction of the cylindrical body C on the counter-suspension spring side over the spring seat part 13, and a tightening band 13 is provided on the outer circumference on the outer suspension spring side to be expanded/contracted by external operation.
