PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problems of air contamination, warming of the earth, environment destruction, and danger regarding energy sources that we are utilizing, including fossil fuels, hydraulically generated power, and nuclear power, and also of huge expenses required for fueling energy sources and maintaining related equipment. SOLUTION: The invention is a system designed to generate power through the use of latent heat in steam within atmospheric air as heat source. This system is characterized by liquefying steam within the atmospheric air by cooling the air, using the latent heat generated during the liquefying process to increase the temperature of equipment used for cooling, and driving a heat engine through the use of the high-temperature portion of the equipment, whose temperature has been raised through the above process, as heat source. The power source thus created by utilizing latent heat of steam within atmospheric air is pollution-free, while the energy source is not only limitless but also not consuming valuable fossil fuel.
