PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing cap capable of ensuring a tamper-proof function by preventing the breakage of a connection piece to connect a cap body to a band. SOLUTION: The opening/closing cap comprises a cap body 3 screwed to the outer circumferential surface of a mouth of a spout and bands 10 which extend in the circumferential direction of the cap body 3 and are engaged with the spout. A part to separate the bands in the circumferential direction is arranged in the band 10 at least on one part in the circumferential direction. The bands are connected to each other by a breakable connection piece 14 at this position, the bands 10 are located below the lower face of the cap body 3, and an opening/closing cap 2 of the container spout mounted on the lower part of the cap body 3 by connection pieces 12 and 13 is employed.
