METHOD OF PREVENTING PROTEIN DRINK FROM PRECIPITATION

It is intended to provide a protein drink which undergoes little precipitation and sustains stable qualities, etc. over a long period of time. It is found out that the oxygen concentration in the head space serves an important role in inhibiting precipitation in a protein drink packed in a container. Based on this finding, there is provided a method of preventing a protein drink from precipitation characterized in that, before and/or after filling the protein drink in a container, air in the container is replaced by an inert gas followed by sealing.
